How can I book a taxi?
You can make your reservation exclusively through the booking form on our website.
Once your payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details.
What happens after I make a booking?
Once your booking is submitted, our partner drivers are instantly notified. The first available driver to accept it will take the ride, and you’ll receive an email with the driver’s contact information.
Can I modify my booking?
Of course! If you need to make any changes, just contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup — either by phone or email. For last-minute changes, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, you can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your ride for free, and you’ll receive a full refund.
You can cancel:
– Using the cancellation link provided in your confirmation email
– By email
– Or by phone
If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time, unfortunately, the amount is non-refundable and the driver is entitled to the full fare.
Are the drivers reliable?
Absolutely! We work only with licensed, professional taxi drivers who are friendly and know the island well. Your safety and comfort are our top priority.
What if my destination changes?
No worries! Just let your driver know. If there’s a significant change in the route, there may be a small additional charge — always discussed with you in advance.
What if my flight or ferry is delayed?
We track flight and ferry arrivals in real time. If there’s a delay, your driver will adjust the pickup time accordingly. You don’t need to notify us unless there’s a major disruption.
What happens if I don’t show up at the pickup point (no-show)?
In case of a no-show without prior notice, the fare is non-refundable and the driver is entitled to the full amount.
I can’t find my driver. What should I do?
Don’t worry! Check your confirmation email — it includes your driver’s contact details. If needed, feel free to call us directly for immediate support.
Are baby seats available?
Yes, baby seats are available and can be selected during the booking process on our website.
How much luggage can I bring?
Each taxi can accommodate about 3–4 medium-sized suitcases. If you’re travelling with extra or bulky luggage, please let us know in advance so we can find the best solution.
