Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refund requests are handled for bookings made through samostaxiservice.gr. By submitting a booking, you acknowledge and accept the terms below.
1. Free Cancellation
You may cancel your booking free of charge if the cancellation request is submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
In this case, a full refund will be issued within 3–5 business days using the original payment method.
2. Cancellations Within 24 Hours
If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, no refund will be issued.
This policy applies strictly due to the commitment of a professional driver and platform resources to your reservation.
3. No-Show Policy
If the passenger does not show up at the pickup location and no prior cancellation notice has been received, the booking is considered completed, and no refund will be granted.
4. Cancellation by the Platform or Driver
The Platform reserves the right to cancel a booking under exceptional circumstances, such as:
Driver unavailability
System failure
Extreme weather conditions or force majeure
In such cases, the customer will be notified immediately and receive a full refund within 3–5 business days.

Cancellations are considered valid only after written confirmation from the Platform.
6. Refund Timeline
Refunds, when applicable, are processed within 3–5 business days from the confirmation of cancellation.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
